Vectorworks Lighting Designer Joseph Oshry Interview

Accomplished lighting esigner Joseph Oshry recently gave a detailed interview to Stage Directions magazine. Touching on everything from career choice to preferred techniques, Oshry gave a big nod to VW:

"For drafting purposes, I’m currently using VectorWorks version 2009 and LightWright version 5. I really
love the way these two programs interface. I began using LightWright when it
was still DOS based and VectorWorks when it was MiniCAD version 7. With each
new version of both applications, expressing a design tangibly on paper has
become more and more easy. I have now begun to use an assistant to do finish
drafting and cheat sheets in VectorWorks. He’s also teaching me the intricacies of 3-D drafting and rendering."
