Know of someone who would like to get into Vectorworks Fundamentals for small cost?

Several years ago I purchased Vectorworks 9 and then purchased an upgrade to 11.5. Circumstantially, I have never used the product and am wanting to sell it to someone else. Nemetschek has confirmed that I can transfer my license to another individual and I have a quote that an upgrade to the current version of Fundamentals 2010 for $535. I will transfer my license for $350.
