- Mainly new house plans , additions and alterations.But I have done farm buildings including cowsheds.
- About Me:
- I.ve been using Vectorworks for 3 years now. I started with Jonathan Pickups' courses ( excllent way to get started). From there I've never looked back. I can't get enough when it come to CAD with Vectorworks. I have Architect,Landmark,Machine Design and Spotlight. I have worked mainly with "Architect" and have just started to use Spotlight .The Architect I do most of my work for does no CAD work( he farms out all that work fortunately for me) and is starting to appreciate the 3D images I can create.I've had a lot of practical "hands on" building experience,building family homes, investment projects,farm buildings and have completed a three year "Level 4 Carpentry" course.Through this ,I have an extremely comprehensive understanding of "building standards" and the "building code" for New Zealand. My passion is in "energy efficiency and eco-friendly" buildings. Utilizing free energy is obviously the way to go, and hope to really make a statement with the next family home I buld. I'm always looking for work with Vectorworks. Just love working with it and always eager to learn more.
