Why not just make the window symbol yourself? You can create a record to accompany it and provide info for a window schedule quite easily."

Regarding Roofs, Jonathan Pickup has a tutorial for complex roofs, apparently, though you can achieve quite a lot by importing sketchup into later versions of VW.
