Multi Line Record for Titleblock

Hi all,

I am just getting a handle on VW...and I was in process of creating a title block using Records to enable easy editing of the project information.  I have created many fields which are single lines of text and things work fairly well so far.  But I was wondering how I can create a field that contains multiple lines, for example:  

1234 Street Name,

Floor #

City, State  ZIP.

I have unwittingly created one that appears to have multiple line capabilities - but it was for a record that I did not use.  When I tried to edit the record, and then re-link a line of text to use that particular one, the multi-line functionality no longer appeared in the Edit Title block dialog box.

A.  How did it come to automatically be multi line?

B.  How is it that that parameter disappeared?
