Importing notes into VW notes database
Does anyone know how to import notes into VW from an external source - Microsoft Word or similar. I have literally reams of notes which I would love to bring into the VW database, as well as NBS Specifications, but I cannot seem to find a way of importing into the database. The problem I have is that it is easy to copy and paste from the clipboard, but the VW database insists on annotating the notes with a prefix of 01 / 02 / 03 etc for every database entry - Can this be overcome ? - Is there a formatting method that can be utilised in word or excel?

can you post some pictures of what you are seeing. Vectorworks doesn't do this for me.
Copy the information from Word.
Use the notes manager to add a new note. Paste your text.
check the note in the Notes manager.
